- BUY FROM US -

Our company is a registered and licensed business, and we are located in Melbourne.

Once you make contact and enquire on one of our available watches, our watch specialist will discuss the finer details of the timepiece and then send you accurate pictures and a video. If you are wanting to proceed to an inspection, we will ask for a small Holding Deposit of $1,000, before we meet you. If you cancel the inspection appointment before 8am on the day of the meeting, the amount will be fully refunded. Once the inspection is completed and you are wanting to purchase the watch, you can agree on a settlement date within 2 weeks, or you can make full payment there and then.

If you do not complete the settlement of the watch within 2 weeks, the deposit is forfeit.

 

- AUTHENTICATION SERVICE -

We authenticate all of our watches when we acquire them, but if you would like your own authentication, we can recommend watch makers who offer a Verbal Service for $130 or a fully Certified Service for $350. We will require a minimum 10% holding deposit before we allow an authentication on our timepiece, but if the watch is not as described, the 10% deposit is fully refunded, and we will pay the authentication service cost.

- CONSIGN WITH US -

As we are an online only store, we can operate on small margins, and therefore charge a very nominal fee to consign your watch. $660 incl gst is our fee, regardless of the value of your watch, and we DO NOT store your watch. We will just need to see the watch to check the condition and paperwork, and if all is verified, we can take some pictures and then list the item online.

Once we receive a deposit from a buyer, we will then collect the watch & accessories from you after paying for it

in full by bank transfer. NOTE: We only consign watches that have the original warranty card.

- SELL TO US -

Outatime Aus wants to provide an exceptional service to both buyers and sellers. We do not want you to feel like we all do when we trade in or sell our vehicles to car dealers. We are very modest, and will offer you a very competitive price for your watch whether you want to trade it in or sell it to us outright. Get in contact and we will provide you with a free estimate valuation (subject to visual inspection). NOTE: We only buy watches that have the original warranty card.
